The purpose is to provide financial assistance to people who do not have access to easy banking solutions and small businessmen or entrepreneurs. Sometimes in rural areas, due to lack of source of income, small businesses compromise with their basic requirements. This can directly affect the profits and revenue. Microfinancing institutions are responsible for providing financial services to businesses and entrepreneurs to remove poverty. By providing support to the lower sections and underdeveloped parts of the society.
